ACNE SKIN - SKIN IN NEED OF CARE AND LOVE🥰

The acne skin care routine needs to be gentle and focused on cleansing, treating, and protecting the skin. Below are the basic steps for daily acne skin care routine:

☀️Morning:

  • Cleanse (Gentle cleanser): Use a gentle cleanser that does not contain harsh cleansing agents to remove excess oil and dirt from the skin without drying it out.
  • Toner: Balances the skin's pH and cleanses more deeply than residual dirt. Choose an alcohol-free toner with soothing ingredients like rose water or green tea.
  • Acne treatment serum (if needed): Use a serum containing acne-fighting ingredients like BHA (Salicylic Acid), Niacinamide, or Tea Tree Oil to control oil and cleanse pores.
  • Moisturize: Even with acne-prone skin, you still need hydration. Choose a lightweight gel or lotion moisturizer without oil to avoid clogging pores.
  • Sunscreen: This step is extremely important. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30+ that is non-comedogenic. Choose a gentle physical or chemical sunscreen suitable for acne-prone skin.

🌕Evening:

  • Makeup removal: A necessary step whether you wear makeup or not. Use a gentle makeup remover or cleansing oil to remove sunscreen and accumulated dirt throughout the day.
  • Cleanse (Gentle cleanser): Continue using a gentle cleanser like in the morning to ensure deep cleansing without irritation.
  • Toner: Still an important step after cleansing to balance pH and cleanse the skin again.
  • Acne treatment serum or cream: Evening is when the skin rests and absorbs treatment products best. Use a serum with Retinol, AHA, BHA, or acne spot treatments containing Benzoyl Peroxide to kill acne-causing bacteria and accelerate skin recovery.
  • Moisturize: Use a suitable moisturizer to restore and maintain skin moisture without clogging pores.

• Exfoliation (2-3 times/week): Choose chemical exfoliants containing AHA or BHA to deep clean, unclog pores, and avoid physical exfoliants with large particles that can cause irritation.
• Soothing face masks (2-3 times/week): Apply masks with natural ingredients like green tea, aloe vera, or clay to soothe inflammation and absorb excess oil.

✨ This routine helps cleanse, control oil, treat acne, and protect the skin from harmful factors. Another important step is to have your acne extracted and have a regular deep skin care regimen at reputable facilities!
